If we wish to fight the thieves and build a new society, let us begin with a personal stance that your conscience approves, and let us begin from here:
Fast from buying everything they sell on the roads and in the shops; let it rot among them and wear out in their storehouses, even if they offer it to you at the cheapest prices.
Do not buy milk that was stolen from the mouth of a child in order to be sold to your children, nor food stolen from the mouth of a hungry person in order to be sold to your sons, nor a tent for a family left out in the open in order to be sold to you.
Fight the thieves by boycotting their shops and their stolen goods in silence. Do not complain about anyone lest you create enmity for yourselves. Do not encourage the thieves and the new highway robbers; do not create a market for their stolen goods; do not accept to be consumers — only content yourselves with boycotting their stolen goods, lest we be robbed like them in our pains, as we are robbed every day.
Let us sacrifice a little, even if we buy other things at a higher price, and let us bear hunger and thirst for the sake of every wronged person, lest we share in the works of darkness, lest we become their new victims.
For the Syrian today has been killed twice: once by the earthquake, and once because of the thieves and corruption.

When we buy the stolen humanitarian aid, let us remember that we will be wearing clothes and food that were stolen from the mouths of the victims and children, who were exploited over and above their tragedy.
