Father Lazarus Abboud is an Arab priest of the Byzantine Antiochian Orthodox Church, from Wadi al-Nasara (Valley of the Christians), Syria.
He holds a theology degree from the St. John of Damascus Institute, University of Balamand, Lebanon; a diploma in Arab Christian heritage from the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo (ETSC), Egypt; and a specialized certificate in Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB).
